01 Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Traveler," "Client," or "you") and Group Travel & Tours LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a travel company organized and operating under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
These terms govern all tours, packages, transportation, accommodations, excursions, and related travel services offered by the Company, whether booked through our website, by phone, by email, or through an authorized travel agent.
The person who completes the booking accepts these terms on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation and is responsible for ensuring that all group members are aware of and comply with these terms.
02 Intellectual Property
All content on the Group Travel & Tours website and in our marketing materials — including text, photographs, graphics, itineraries, logos, branding, and tour descriptions — is the exclusive property of Group Travel & Tours LLC or our licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or sell any portion of our content without prior written permission.
Our tour itineraries are proprietary and may not be used to create competing products or services.
Personal, non-commercial use of our website content is permitted for the sole purpose of researching and booking travel with us.
Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or brand elements is strictly prohibited.

03 Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to your booking, these terms, or any services provided by Group Travel & Tours, we encourage you to contact us directly first so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
You agree to waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Group Travel & Tours.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or confidentiality.
04 Updates to These Terms
Group Travel & Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email.
Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
